The backyard is huge! It is totally enclosed with vinyl fencing. There is a walk-through gate on the east and a gate that opens up for vehicles on the west side. A large patio runs along the back of the house. There is a family-sized garden space along the north fenceline. An extra 1200 square foot garage and workshop is in the backyard. It has a separate driveway on the west side of the property. Stamped, colored concrete curbing runs all around the yard. Most of the flower beds have a commercial grade weed-block fabric and are covered with wood chips. There are two yard lights on the back of the house and three lights on the secondary garage to illuminate the yard at night. These pictures were taken in the early summer before most of the flowers put forth their colorful display.
This 'extra' garage is 30 by 40 feet. The front 2/3's is a roomy two car garage to hold all your toys and yard equipment. The back portion is a workshop for power equipment and tools. There are plenty of outlets including two that drop from the ceiling in the center of the room. Air tools connect easily to the hanging curly hose. The garage is insulated to the max, is sheetrocked, painted, has door casings and baseboard, has two 8 foot garage doors and two walk-through doors, has rain guttering, tool hangers and pegboard, phone jacks, a nice epoxy floor finish, plastered foundation both inside and out, gas heater and a 220 outlet. The garage is light and airy with three windows on the west, two on the north and one on the east. The next three pictures are interior views.
